AmazonBasics 12 Place Setting Dishwasher Review
Amazon basics brings in an affordable and a very effective dishwasher which does surprisingly well compared to other brands in the same price bracket. It is a 12 setting place dishwasher so definitely on the bigger and heavier side but on the upper side you can easily fit a lot of utensils in for cleaning.
It has an adjustable upper rack which can be removed to make room for bigger utensils like Kadai and pressure cooker or steam cookers which is a very handy feature missing in some dishwashers.

The wash cycle depends upon your usage but can take around 120 minutes or more and comes with 7 different washing modes and a child lock and a warning indicator as well as a “half load” option for smaller loads. It consumes 11L water per cycle and has a decently low power consumption of about 0.9 kilowatt per hour. But you need to be careful when taking out your utensils after the wash as it washes with very warm water so the utensils may feel hot to touch.
The noise is on the lower side almost silent with 49dB so you can leave it working overnight. It’s a respectably decent dishwasher which is available at an affordable price.
