5 Best AMD Ryzen Processors Under ₹15,000 in India

AMDs Ryzen series has proved in recent years that you don’t have to spend a lot on processors to get great performance. They have a number of inexpensive offerings in the market that not only come with a high core count but also support multithreading, all of them have support for overclocking, all have the same AM4 socket compatibility and some of them even have integrated graphics as well.

Not only that, you don’t have to buy new motherboards to upgrade your CPU and they are quite future proof chips are the reason AMD has been leading the charts lately. So if you’re in the market for a processor that not only handles all your day to day needs but can also do gaming and rendering tasks but you are constrained by a budget then we have a list for you.

Here are the top AMD processors under 15000₹ in India.

Do keep in mind all of them come with a 3 year warranty

1. AMD Ryzen 5 3400G

Overall the best for multitasking and gaming without having to spend extra on graphics cards.

AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
Cores4 cores 8 threads
Clock Speed3.7 Ghz to 4.2 Ghz
Integrated GraphicsAMD Radeon Vega 11
FanWraith Spire
Memory SupportDual channel at 2933Mhz
  • Supports Multithreading
  • Boost Clock Speed upto 4.2Ghz
  • Vega 11 integrated graphics
  • Doesn’t support PCIe gen 4
  • Memory speed support only upto 2933Mhz

The Ryzen 5 3400G not only delivers great performance thanks to the 8 threads and a base clock speed of 3.7Ghz but if you’re short on cash to buy a discrete GPU then you will be able to do plenty of gaming with the integrated Vega 11 graphics as well. It will be able to handle games at 60fps provided with all settings set to low but still it’s commendable for an APU. You can’t go wrong with the performance and price of this processor.

2. AMD Ryzen 5 3500X

High performance chip that will provide plenty of power without breaking the bank.

AMD Ryzen 5 3500X
Cores6 cores 6 threads
Clock Speed3.6 Ghz to 4.1 Ghz

FanWraith Stealth
Memory SupportDual channel at 3200Mhz
  • 6 cores
  • High memory speed support at 3200Mhz
  • Support for PCIe gen 4
  • No multithreading
  • No integrated GPU

If you already have a discrete graphics card and maybe looking into upgrading your older chip for a new one or just looking for a decent new one that provides enough performance for all your needs then you can’t go wrong with the Ryzen 5 3500X. It has 6 cores which are enough to handle most heavy day to day tasks and even let you play games on high settings without bottlenecking the graphics card. It can even make use of 3200Mhz ram and PCIe gen 4 meaning that gaming will be a breeze with this one.

3. AMD Ryzen 3 3100

Power at a low cost price with multithreading support, dedicated to budget gamers.

AMD Ryzen 3 3100
Cores4 cores 8 threads
Clock Speed3.6 Ghz to 3.9 Ghz
Integrated GraphicsNone
FanWraith Stealth
Memory SupportDual channel at 3200Mhz
  • Multithreading support
  • PCIe gen 4 support
  • Memory speeds upto 3200Mhz
  • Boost clock speed only upto 3.9Ghz
  • No integrated Graphics

This is a newly launched entry level processor in the Ryzen 3 series based on 7nm architecture and it’s mainly focused at performance and handling heavy tasks. It supports Multithreading even at such a low cost so multitasking with this chip wouldn’t disappoint you and with a discrete graphics card you would love to enjoy games on this too and in a budget build you can be sure it won’t bottleneck providing you with 60fps gaming. At no point does this processor feel sluggish which is commendable for a chip at this price range.

4. AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

The reliable entry level chip that can handle still handle itself in intensive work loads and gaming.

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
Cores4 cores 4 threads
Clock Speed3.6 Ghz to 4 Ghz

  • Integrated Vega 8 Graphics
  • Cost effective

  • No Multithreading
  • No support for PCI gen 4
  • Memory support only upto 2933Mhz

Ryzen 3 3200G is the entry level APU in the Ryzens 3000 series but don’t let that fool you. It’s a nice choice for entry level PC builds, where going with a separate graphics card is usually not an option. The Vega 8 graphics are enough to handle games at lower resolutions but I would highly recommend buying a discrete graphics card. It won’t disappoint you with its performance.

5. AMD Ryzen 3 2200G

Entry level processor that packs more punch than you would think.

AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
Cores4 cores 4 threads
Clock Speed3.5 Ghz to 3.7 Ghz
Integrated GraphicsAMD Radeon Vega 8
FanWraith Stealth
Memory SupportDual channel at 2933Mhz
  • Integrated Vega 8 Graphics
  • Comes with Wraith Stealth cooler
  • No Multithreading
  • No Support for PCIe gen 4

This processor is a little older compared to others in the list. It’s from the Ryzen 2000 series but you shouldn’t worry about that because it is still a decent performer. If you are on a very tight budget and want to build a decent entry level PC then this processor is a great choice still to this day. With integrated graphics you will be able to enjoy some games and the quad core CPU will be able to take care of most of your days to days tasks.
