As for the bike itself, it can manage a maximum weight of 100kg and has a air resistance system with a 3kg flywheel with 4 levels of adjustable resistance so you can get a smoother and consistent riding experience as you pedal your way towards your goal. There is also an LCD console that allows you to see the time spent on the machine, distance, speed and calories burned while working out.
As for comfort, the seat is vertically adjustable and the handles have foam grips. The pedals themselves are anti skid and have straps to keep your feet from slipping. It weighs 18kg so not that heavy and you can move it around in your house and store it when not in use.
