It comes with a flywheel system so it produces almost next to no sound when in use and you can easily set the resistance according to your preference using the micro adjustment tension controls. The machine has a weight capacity of 100kg and since it’s a small machine, we won’t recommend using it for strenuous workouts, just some mild to medium use.
