Sparnod Fitness STH 4000 is a motorized automatic treadmill built for long jogging and running sessions. It has a comfortable belt which is on the shorter side but overall provides a good experience and also comes with rubber shock absorbers so you can go all out on this machine without creating much noise. It is quite silent for a motorized treadmill.

For entertainment it has built in speakers, an aux mode and a 5 inch digital LCD display from which you can see all the crucial information although it does get a little bit hard to see in brightly lit rooms as the screen itself doesn’t get bright enough. The inbuilt speaker quality is decent too and it has a heart rate sensor as well.

You can fold the machine with hydraulics and the same hydraulics can help adjust the incline of the treadmill and it has wheels so you can move it easily throughout your house. It has a maximum weight capacity of 120kg so should be enough for most people out there and can reach speeds upto 16kmph. Overall it’s a very decent treadmill worth buying if you workout for long sessions.
