It has well built grips and the textured running surface helps make the walking or running experience much better but lack of good shock absorption means you will find some vibration at times especially while running.
As for the other features, it comes with 3 levels of manual incline and a display to track your progress and choose your desired program and you can even create your own program based on your BMI which you can also measure with this treadmill. It can also be folded with hydraulics. It’s a decent product for its price offering a number of good features and a sturdy frame but you can find better if you can go a little higher.
