For this Panasonic has equipped their AC’s with two technologies which are Econavi and Inverter.
Econavi’s intelligent eco sensors are able to detect human activity level and sunlight intensity , then send this data to inverter which changes compressor rotation speed optimize cooling. According to how much cooling is actually needed.
If there is no one in the room , then due to low human activity levels the AC will work less and use less electricity. Same can be changed according to sunlight intensity. This combination can actually enable 34% energy savings if you compare it to a normal AC.
Effective 1st of Jan, 2018, BEE has enforced a downgrade of 2 stars for Fixed Speed Split ACs. For e.g., a 5-star-rated Split AC, as per BEE norms in 2017, is a 3-star from 2018 (Change Not Applicable to Inverter & Window ACs). For a given star rating, a Fixed Speed AC and an Inverter AC will have similar energy-efficiency (ISEER).

Last year 2018 me maine AC lagvaya tha… Aur is AC ne dukhi kr diya….. Service centre 1 number k chor hai

I have just bought a Panasonic 1.5 ton 4 star inverter miracle series AC . Just saw all these reviews and this is bit disheartening. What do I do…Any suggestion on this one
Hi , Panasonic is an established brand. I would advice to use it normally and reach out to their customer care if any issue arises.
I have bought 1.5 ton 4 star ac just 5 days back. These comments giving me pain. And when I turn off my AC I start feeling hot why? But in my Hitachi ac it’s cooling remail atleast for an hour? Pls tell me

No to buy Panasoic AC is not advisable
I have purchased 1 ton Panasonic ac in apr 2018. Its durability is 1.5 years only. Dont buy Panasonic AC. Waste of money. Within one and half years could in indoor unit and Mc board defective. It need another 18k to 20k it make it functional. Waste product. Never rely on Panasonic.
I wish I brought an Air cooler instead of this, it just worked for one summer that’s it, faced several problems with it, I could have bought an new AC, for the amount which I have spent on its service, Please never ever think of buying it
I bought new split panasonic ac last year,now it’s started giving problem.There is no cooling effect at all.So less then a year the product performance has been deteriorated and disappointed us.
Now will come to there customer care and maintenance support.I registered a complain regarding this issue on dated 19/06/2020 with complain number R190620755961.
I was informed by customer care that technician will contact you within 24hours.till today (10 am dated 22/06/2020) nobody called me,no news of technician.I called up customer care today again and got the same answer that your complain has been registered and technician will contact you within 24hours.
I escalated the matter and wrote a mail to head customer care,there is no reply from head customer care till now.
In short,there products are useless and customer service is pathetic.
I strongly recommend not to buy there products.
