SSD or Solid State Drive has become the new norm in storage solutions. Almost all the new laptops come with SSD. And, if you are going to build a new PC, we bet you are also thinking about going with an SSD instead of HDD.

On the other hand, if you want to upgrade your PC or laptop to improve the performance and give it a speed boost, there’s no alternative to installing a new SSD. Thus, if you are looking for buying an SSD in India, this post is for you. Because we are going to share reviews of the 10 best internal SSD for laptops/PCs in this very post.

So, let’s dive right in…

How SSD Increases Our PC/Laptop Speed?

HDD or Hard Disk Drives are now obsolete technology. Typically, HDDs come with moving mechanical parts inside. In contrast, SSDs don’t have any kind of moving parts inside. Rather, these use flash memory (like SD cards) for storing files. Also, SSDs have their own cache memory and DRAM.

So, SSDs can find, copy, or move files way faster than HDD. Matter of fact, a good SSD can outperform an HDD by up to 20 times in terms of speed. So, if you want a faster laptop or PC, you should install an SSD on your system. And, remember to install the operating system on your SSD to increase the speed of your PC to a greater extent.
